Here at My-PC-Help we give guidance, help and training to individuals and families with their use of computers.  With computers now an essential part of life and education there is a need for someone to turn to for help with the complex world of computers and the internet, we are that someone for you.  We are independant of suppliers, so we are not here to sell any equipment or software, in fact we can often help you avoid wasting your money on buying things which can be bought for free.

Training

Classroom training is fine because it is cheap, but have you noticed:

  • Hhow when you come to do what you want the lesson doesn't seem to have actually taught you just that?

We can also give you help across the internet by connecting our computers to yours so that we can see what you are doing and showing you what to do.  We do this for established customers, so contact us first so that we can help you when you need it.
